Returns and Exchanges
At Call me Valerie we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Full- priced items:
We are happy to accept returns for change of mind for all full priced items provided the product(s):
- Have not be worn or used;
- Have the original tags still attached;
- Are received back within 30 days of date of purchase; and
- Are accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Makeup- a makeup product can be returned provided that the product is in a new, unused, unswatched and in resaleable condition.
Once the product(s) have been returned we will then offer you either:
- a refund of the purchase price (excluding the freight fee); or
- an exchange where product is available; or
- an online credit (valid for three months)
Exchanges-
Please note: the customer will be responsible for any shippings costs involved in exchanging an item. This includes the shipping costs to return the item and the shipping costs involved in shipping a replacement or exchange. We therefore recommend to always check the product size guide and message the Call me Valerie Team to assist with sizing advice.

Sale and Promotional items:
Items that are listed as on sale or in our ‘outlet’ can be returned for either:
- an online credit (valid for three months); or
- an exchange where product is available.
Provided the product(s):
- Have not be worn or used;
- Have the original tags still attached;
- Are received back within 30 days of date of purchase; and
- Are accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges-

Faulty items:
Call me Valerie will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or credit note where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
- The product does not match our description; and
- You can present your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
Due to hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for swimwear, earrings, hosiery, lingerie and hair accessories, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

How to exchange an item or make a return?
To make an exchange or return please email enquiries@callmevalerie.com.au along with your order number for instructions.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for your shipping costs- unless there has been a dispatch or quality error.
- It is recommended that you return ship with tracking as we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.
